The meditations published by Sera Benia Verlag were developed by Seraphine Monien. Seraphine is an internationally trained meditation and mindfulness teacher and has studied the wisdom teachings and spiritual traditions of various cultures. As a spiritual coach and seminar leader, she has accompanied groups and individuals on their path of personal and spiritual development for many years.

Thanks to her expertise and experience, the meditations she has developed are unique on the market. They follow a tried-and-tested concept that ensures optimal effectiveness. As a speaker, Seraphine Monien personally guides you through the individual steps of the exercises.

The structure of each meditation includes a relaxation section in the introduction, where your body, thoughts, and feelings calm down. In the middle section, you enter a deeply relaxed state, anchoring the individual content of each meditation deep into your subconscious with appropriate self-reflective questions, positive affirmations, and strengthening impulses. At the end of the meditation, you will be gently guided back to your waking everyday consciousness.

You'll feel rested, refreshed, full of new energy and ideas for shaping your own personal life. All this is supported by a unique, finely tuned sound design that enhances the positive effects of the meditations.

Our meditations and relaxation exercises not only offer valuable, verbally guided content, but also a specially developed sound design that ensures a profound and harmonizing effect.

Through a finely tuned combination of real nature sounds and healing melodies, the sounds help you slip from your usual everyday thoughts into a state of stress-relieving relaxation. The musical arrangement dynamically adapts to the content and goals of each exercise: from calming sounds for attunement to gentle deepening to activating sequences that guide you back to everyday life awake and refreshed after the exercise.

This sound concept has been proven to promote the transition between different brain waves: from the fast beta waves (38-15 Hz) of everyday life to relaxing alpha waves (14-8 Hz) to deep, meditative theta waves (7-4 Hz). This enables deeper relaxation and strengthens the regenerative effect of the exercises.

Author and speaker Seraphine Monien is a certified instructor for autogenic training and progressive muscle relaxation, an internationally trained meditation teacher, mindfulness trainer, and coach for personal and spiritual development. In her work, she demonstrates practical and effective ways to independently and sustainably improve one's life. The methods, systems, and tools she has developed for improving the quality of life are tried-and-tested and easily applicable to anyone.

We charge a flat shipping fee for all countries, regardless of order quantity and weight:

• MP3s are free of shipping costs – it is a digital download that is available for download immediately after the order is completed
• Other goods: within Germany: €6.95 | to Austria (and the rest of the EU) and Switzerland: €15.95

Shipping costs are waived for orders over €59 within Germany and for orders abroad (EU + Switzerland) over €99.

The shipping costs will be displayed during checkout. Any customs fees are your responsibility.

Delivery times stated by us are calculated from the date of our order confirmation. Unless a different delivery time is specified for the respective goods in our online shop, it is generally:

• 3-4 working days within Germany
• 5-6 working days to Austria, Switzerland and within the EU
• 8-14 working days to the rest of the world

The goods are usually shipped via DPD.

Note: Our delivery service provider (DPD/Deutsche Post/DHL) is doing everything possible to ensure your order reaches its destination as quickly as possible. Please understand that delivery delays may occur from time to time due to fluctuating delivery times (e.g., due to weather or traffic conditions).

Due to the new packaging regulations, we will no longer ship goods to Austria as of 2023. MP3s can be ordered as usual.

In case of cancellation, you will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
