All prices stated on our website include the applicable statutory value added tax.

We charge a flat shipping fee for all countries, regardless of order quantity and weight:

• MP3s are free of shipping costs – it is a digital download that is available for download immediately after the order is completed
• Other goods: within Germany: €6.95 | to Austria (and the rest of the EU) and Switzerland: €15.95

Shipping costs are waived for orders over €59 within Germany and for orders abroad (EU + Switzerland) over €99.

The shipping costs will be displayed during checkout. Any customs fees are your responsibility.

Delivery times stated by us are calculated from the date of our order confirmation. Unless a different delivery time is specified for the respective goods in our online shop, it is generally:

• 3-4 working days within Germany
• 5-6 working days to Austria, Switzerland and within the EU
• 8-14 working days to the rest of the world

The goods are usually shipped via DPD.

Note: Our delivery service provider (DPD/Deutsche Post/DHL) is doing everything possible to ensure your order reaches its destination as quickly as possible. Please understand that delivery delays may occur from time to time due to fluctuating delivery times (e.g., due to weather or traffic conditions).

As of the beginning of 2023, we are no longer shipping goods to Austria due to the new Packaging Ordinance. MP3s can be ordered as usual.

In case of cancellation, you will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You have the right to cancel the purchase contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of the right of withdrawal
If you cancel the purchase contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back.

You must return the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you notified us of the cancellation of this contract.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods (except for defective goods).

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

(2) The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of digital goods and goods in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
